GENERAL INFORMATION

The e-boutique under the name of ooh!Andy sells it's products online via www.oohandy.com as well as by placing telephone or e-mail orders.

Ooh!Andy belongs to FONOKOM, a company registered under 5131109 on the list of companies approved by the President of Warsaw, with NIP of 739-292-47-01, based in Warsaw (03-687), ul. Wyspowa 1, lok.174.
II. PLACING ORDERS

Ordering from ooh!Andy can be done online throught www.oohandy.com at any time 24/7 or over telephone between 10 am and 5 pm on working days as well as by email at info@oohandy.com.

The online orders are being completed on a basis of a correctly filled out address forms available at www.oohandy.com. For orders placed by email or telephone, the terms and conditions are agreed by ooh!Andy on a case to case basis.

An individual order can be placed without having to register on oohandy.com. The agreement becomes valid when the status of the order is set to 'ready to be sent' on the website. This is notified to the buyer via email sent to the previously given email address. The 1st notification email is generated automatically, contains only basic details of the order and is not the same as binding the sale contract.

ooh!Andy reserves the exclusive right to introduce new or change existing products from it's offers as wells as launching and finishing promotional actions on all of it's websites and other online places connected with ooh!andy [e.g . www.facebook.com/oohandy]. without providing any explanation to the public.

After an order has been placed, the buyer is notified by email that ooh!andy received this order.

ooh!Andy claims no liability for an authorised usage of the buyer's bank account which effects in purchasing products from www.oohandy.com by other individuals.
III. CONFIRMING AND VERIFYING ORDERS

Correctly placed orders are confirmed by automatic email notification sent out to an email address indicated by the buyer on the registration form.

An order can be accepted only if the following contact details have been provided in the correct way:
a) e-mail address
b) phone number
c) delivery address
3. Orders placed without the above information or with some details missing will not be accepted
IV. COMPLETING THE ORDER

An order can be completed only when the chosen product is available at the warehouse

If the chosen product is currently out of stock the buyer will be notified of such situation by a member of ooh!andy staff in a way that will allow the buyer to make a decision regarding the order [the order can be completed partially, the buyer may agree to wait longer for the delivery of the chosen item, the product can be replaced with another one or the whole order can be cancelled and the money can be given back to the buyer if the pre-paid option had been chosen].

Once the order has been placed and it is being completed the buyer has no possibility to change it in any way.

Completing the order - if transfer into a bank account has been chosen as a method of payment - begins when the payment shows up on the seller's account. The maximum lenght of time for settling a payment is 5 working days, after that the order gets cancelled.

Completing the order - if paying throught PayPal or by credit card has been chosen as a method of payment - begins immediately after completing the transaction on the account. Shipping takes place within 48hrs during working days from Monday til Friday.

The total cost of shipping depends on a chosen method of shipping and form of delivery. Shipping costs are listed under 'Payments methods' on the website.

The time of completing the order is combined with the time needed to prepare a parcel and time of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone, this is because the order which has already been accepted cannot be cancelled in the system.

ooh!Andy can refuse cancellation of an order when the ordered items have already been shipped out to the buyer
V. TYPES AND TIMES OF DELIVERY

Items ordered via www.oohandy.com are being shipped out solely to the addres indicated by the buyer on the registration form or individual order form.

Parcels containing our products are always properly prepared. Important! Before you sign the parcel reception form please have a close look at the package. If the package is damaged in any way you have your right to refuse the delivery and prepare the damage certificate together with the person who delivered the parcel. Without this certificate we will not look into a possible complaint.
VI. RETURNS

Items ordered from www.oohandy.com can be given back to ooh!Andy according to enactment from 02/02/2000 (Dz. U. Z 2000r. no 2 line. 271) within 10 days without giving a reason. Items sent back after this period will not be accepted.

Products that are being returned must not have been used and should be clean and odourless.They need to be sent back together with original packaging, tags and other elements which they had when they were being sold.

If the product is damaged during transport it should be returned together with the damage certificate, which is a document prepared at the moment of receiving a parcel in the presence of a person who delivered it and signed by both sides.

Products damaged by the buyer are not accepted as returns. Such items will be sent back to the buyer at their cost.

ooh!Andy will not accept the return and will send the returned items back to the buyer at the buyer's cost (shipping costs are listed on the website) if the item is damaged or with signs of usage. If the buyer refuses to accept such delivery, the product will be kept in ooh!Andy's warehouse for the following 14 days and will only be sent out to the buyer at their own cost.

Money reimbursement for returned products is being done by transfer into a bank account within 14 working days after receiving the product back by ooh!Andy.

ooh!Andy does not accept cash on delivery. If we receive a COD delivery, we will not accept it.

If you return the items, you need to send them back at your own cost to the below mentioned address and mark them as 'return'

VII. COMPLAINTS

Physical and technical faults of the goods, which were caused during the shipping, can be subjected to a complaint procedure and therefore faulty items should be sent back by the buyer to the below mentioned address (at buyer's own cost) with a note saying 'complaint'.

The difference between the way our products look like on the website www.oohandy.com and they way the look like in real life is not a physical flaw. We do our best to present our products as realistically as possible, however due to technical parameters of computers and monitors some differences between the actual colour of a product and the way it is shown on the buyer's monitor may occur.

If we accept your complaint, the total cost of the shipping and the total cost of the product itself is going to be reimbursed onto your bank account.

If we reject a complaint the items are going to be shipped back at buyer's own cost. If the buyer refuses to accept such delivery, the product will be kept in ooh!Andy's warehouse for the following 14 days and will only be sent out to the buyer at their own cost
VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The server saves all the cookie files on the computer's hard drive when you buy online from www.oohandy.com. Cookies are simple text files that will allow your computer to be recognised next time you visit us. Cookies are necessary when it comes to couting points withing Partnership or Loyalty scheme if you participate in one. Cookies do not cause any kind of damage to your hardware or software and they do not have any impact on the computer's performance. They do not allow identyfying the user of a particular computer. We would like to inform you that you can always switch cookies off in your browser's settings.

You can see or modify your personal details every minute. Your personal details and processed according to Data Protection Act by FONOKOM - the owner of ooh!Andy.

Polish law applies when executing the above terms and conditions. Any possible trials will be looked into by the Common Court of the city of Warsaw.
